How long do I have to request a return/refund?

You have a 30-day period from the date you placed your order with us to request a return/refund.

 

In what condition should returned items be?  

To qualify for a refund, items must be sent back unopened and unused. We process your refund upon receipt of the item(s) you’re returning. 

*Opened and used items DO NOT qualify for return/refund and will not be accepted.*

 

Will my refund be sent to my original payment method or will it become store credit?

Right now, we are sending refunds back to the original payment method only. Though in the future we may add a store credit option for your convenience.

 

Do you do exchanges?

No, we only do returns, but you’re more than welcome to order anything else you’d like with your refund after it’s been processed back to your original payment method.

 

Are sale items eligible for a return/refund?

Yes, sale items are also eligible for return as long as they remain unopened and unused. 

 

Where and how do I return my order?

First, email us at gleamie@gleamiedesigns.com. Please include your order number as the subject of your email. Then let us know what items you'd like to return and in what condition they're in. Once your return is accepted, we'll email you with shipping information.

**Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.**

We will then notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know when your refund is approved. You’ll then be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

 

Do you pay for return shipping?

Unfortunately, we are much too small a business at the moment to be able to provide this service for you at this time. However, this is something we do plan on providing in the future as our company grows.
