Order Processing Time

Our usual processing time is anywhere between 1-5 business days. Although, most commonly you'll notice we do same-day or next business day shipping. In extreme situations where we might be swamped with many orders (Black Friday, Christmas, etc), it could take up to a maximum of five(5) business days to process your order.

 

Shipping Times

We ship at any time, from Monday through Friday from 9AM-5PM PST. 

 

Shipping Costs

Our shipping costs are automatically calculated by Shopify based on the weight and dimensions of what will be your packaged order.

We also offer free shipping on orders over $40 USD shipping domestically.

 

Cancelations

For cancelations, please contact us as soon as possible at: gleamie@gleamiedesigns.com

Note: Once your order ships out we will no longer be able to cancel your order!

 

Missing Package

We provide real-time tracking information on all of our orders. If your package does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, please wait 48 hours before contacting us at gleamie@gleamiedesigns.com. Sometimes the postal service might scan an item delivered before they actually deliver it. 

If after 48 hours past the delivery date, your package is still missing, contact us at the email address listed above, and we will begin an investigation with the postal service in an effort to locate your missing package. If the investigation is unable to locate your package, you will receive a full refund.
